Lubricating grease manufactured by Anke Iron and Steel mainly includes sintering machine grease, continuous casting machine urea-based grease, roll grease, semi-fluid gear grease, oil-resistant sealing grease, heavy-duty open gear grease, extreme pressure lithium complex grease, High and low temperature grease, high temperature grease
Performance requirements for lubricating oil under equipment working conditions in Anke steel industry:
Centralized lubrication of key equipment: the oil is required to have good pumping performance.
The key equipment is mostly heavy load: the oil is required to have excellent extreme pressure and anti-wear properties and good lubrication properties.
③ More water on site: the lubricating oil is required to have excellent water resistance and anti-rust performance
④ The environment is dusty: oil (mainly grease) is required to have good sealing performance
⑤ High temperature: the oil is required to have excellent high temperature resistance and good oxidation resistance
The high degree of automation: the use of servo valve hydraulic system requires high cleanliness of the hydraulic oil
